We are seeking a highly motivated Drama and English Specialist to join our team at Link Education Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engaging lessons, fostering inclusivity, and contributing to quality assurance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and teach dynamic, inclusive lessons tailored to a range of learning needs.
  • Create a classroom environment where every student feels supported and valued.
  • Contribute to monitoring and evaluating the English department's progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain records, track achievements, and identify areas for development.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure open lines of communication regarding progress and achievements.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching English across secondary schools and further education.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and its practical application.
  • Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
