The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Operations Manager to join our Building and Fabrics team. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Site set up and sign off
  • Stock management and receiving deliveries
  • Site precondition surveys and welfare provision
  • Preliminary inspections and final sign-off by Project Manager
  • Identifying opportunities for variations and highlighting them to the Project Manager

You will also maintain accurate employee records, including tax codes, deductions, and pensions, and manage people within the trades and sub-contractor teams. Delivering training on Simpro to sub-contractors and workforce is another key responsibility.

You will work closely with our Quality Control team to ensure all work completed meets Harmony and BMTRADA standards. Correct data input into Simpro is crucial for smooth operations. You will implement Harmony's H&S policy on all sites, ensuring safe working practices through regular training and auditing.
