About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Management Trainee to join our team. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive development programme that combines hands-on business training with mentorship from experienced leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
  • Understand cost control, read branch P&L statements, and drive profitable business results.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and learn effective communication, influencing, and conflict management skills.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
  • A full manual UK or EU driving licence is required.
  • No drug or alcohol-related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
