Operations Coordinator for HM Courts

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HM Courts & Tribunals Service team. This temporary position, anticipated to conclude at the end of March 2025 with potential for extension, demands a skilled Operations Coordinator who can efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Key Tasks- Handle customer queries over the phone or in person
- Assist in arranging court hearings via video conference or in-person
- Build relationships with judges, lawyers, and case participants in civil and family cases
- Arrange remote hearings
- Create and distribute meeting invitations
- Perform general office duties
- Accurate typing and data entry capabilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and effective time management
