At the National Skills Agency, we are committed to providing high-quality education and skills development opportunities. We are seeking an Education and Skills Development Lead to join our team and lead the development of our apprenticeship programmes.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing or leading apprenticeship provision and be able to drive innovation and improvement in our services.

Responsibilities include monitoring programmes within this area of work, taking responsibility for the apprenticeship journey, ensuring that outstanding timely completions are achieved, and working with the curriculum team on delivery programs.

You will also be responsible for ensuring good people and resource management practices, successful achievement of qualifications, and the overall learning, progression, and experience of Apprentices and Employers.

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
