About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Contextual Safeguarding Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the selection, development, and performance of prevention programmes in line with the Council's HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with partner agencies and community groups to deliver effective intervention programmes to children and young people.
  • Manage workload systems to ensure resources address priority cases and respond to changing needs and circumstances.
  • Produce management information and analysis for presentation to various audiences.
  • Provide professional leadership to colleagues through exemplary practice, knowledge sharing, and positive management of practice and education/training interfaces.
  • Ensure practice guidance and policies are in place and reviewed regularly.
  • Manage the department/team budget effectively.
  • Implement improvement initiatives and change programmes using Council Project Management and Service Improvement methodologies.
