CV-Library is seeking an experienced Property Law Professional to join their team, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of new build property transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of new build property transactions, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Representing clients who are purchasing new build properties, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Conducting Pre-completion, Land Registry and Conveyancing searches, using your expertise to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Carrying out Post Completion work, including preparing and sending applications to the Land Registry, Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions, file closures and checking account ledgers.
  • Conducting file housekeeping, adhering to compliance requirements, and keeping your portfolio up to date.
Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates with a Law Degree, LPC, qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX) are preferred but not essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred but not essential.
