Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new business processes and systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving support to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain expertise in financial systems, databases, and software tools, including MS Office Suite and project management software

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance, business economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on reconciliations, business analysis, and project management
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, including equities, FX, derivatives, payments, trade finance, custody, and asset servicing
  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
