Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly automated and clean manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Engineer at Stirling Warrington, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various machines, including conveyors, flowrappers, multi-head weighers, coders, and palletwrappers.
The successful candidate will have at least three years' experience repairing and maintaining special purpose plant machinery with an electrical bias. They will be able to read schematic drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, and change sensors and perform general fault finding. Mechanical skills are also essential, including changing bearings, straps, and belts.
With a strong focus on Preventive Predictive Maintenance (PPM), you will work closely with the management team to ensure all equipment is running efficiently. In addition to PPM tasks, you will also be involved in project work, responding to breakdowns, and improving processes.
The company values its employees and offers a competitive salary range of £43,000 - £45,000 per year, paid overtime, and 28 days' holiday, plus an extra day's holiday for each year worked (capped at five years).
