About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 for this exciting opportunity. As an AV Infrastructure Engineer, you will oversee and maintain our IT systems infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and support IT systems infrastructure, including network, server, and storage components.
  2. Function as the level 3 escalation point for technical issues, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution.
  3. Monitor service metrics and adjust processes to achieve maximum performance and uptime.
  4. Support IT operations with technical assessments and design of infrastructure solutions, collaborating with corporate IT and vendors as needed.
  5. Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
Requirements
  1. Significant experience in an IT infrastructure role, with expertise in network technologies, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and VMWare.
  2. Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA are highly desirable.
  3. Strong proficiency in Office 365, SQL, and Veeam backup solutions.
  4. Familiarity with networking technologies (e.g., Cisco switches) and ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
  5. Excellent project management capabilities and strong communication skills.
