About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Support Specialist to join our team at NFP People LTD. As a key member of our support services, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry a caseload of clients and provide one-to-one support to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments, and develop and implement support plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client support.
  • Provide education and training to clients on topics such as life skills, budgeting, and healthy relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery of services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, mental health issues, and substance abuse. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
