Job Title: Drama Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and confident Drama Cover Supervisor to join our team of educators in Romford. As a Drama Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular Drama Teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task during their lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of the regular Drama Teacher
  • Ensure students remain engaged and on task during lessons
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans
  • Support students in their learning
  • Manage behavior in accordance with school policies
  • Encourage student participation and enthusiasm for drama

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in drama
  • Ability to maintain a positive and controlled classroom environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
