The Humane Society International (HSI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director, Wildlife Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success and impact of partnerships.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry.
- Thought Leadership and Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the organization and identify potential partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles, with a proven track record of successful partnership management.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
