Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Service Engineer to join our team at KION Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and rectify faults on Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites
  • Work with a variety of equipment, including pallet trucks, IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and customers to resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • IT literacy and ability to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders
  • Full UK driving license
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the role
