About This Exciting Opportunity

HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to drive efficiency and quality across our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving best practices, and overseeing projects to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will implement new processes and technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role.

You will also have the opportunity to share your insights and expertise across the organization, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by example, driving continuous improvement and best practices.
  2. Oversee operational excellence projects, mitigating risks and ensuring smooth operations.
  3. Implement new processes and technologies, integrating them into existing systems.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Food Safety and Health & Safety.

Requirements:

  1. GCSE Maths grade B or equivalent, with strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Proven experience in supporting projects, with proficiency in GSheets and Excel.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a preference for a STEM degree.
