About the Job:
As a Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Yorkshire Water contract in Bradford. You will be responsible for planning work, including street works applications, through effective communication with internal and external customers.
Job Summary:
- Plan and execute work orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
- Manage client and business systems to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate work activities, ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, reducing delays and increasing productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and varied shift patterns.
