Claims Examiner

About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Claims Examiner - Motor Insurance to join our team at MERJE. As a key member of our claims handling department, you will be responsible for examining and resolving motor claims in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations of motor claims, gathering information and evidence to inform decision-making
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining the claims process and any related issues
• Utilise technical knowledge and expertise to identify potential risks and prevent fraud
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case resolution and efficient claims processing

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's experience in motor claims examination or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive training, bonuses, and a flexible work arrangement.
