The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Client Director to drive strategic growth and excellence across key agency accounts in our rapidly expanding media and technology business in the UK.

As a Client Director at Incubeta, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge client solutions that exceed expectations by understanding our clients' business objectives, the digital marketplace, our agency services, and building a client plan that drives exceptional marketing results.

A successful candidate will be able to build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a more integrated client/agency partnership.

Client Planning is a new team within Incubeta, and though we have a detailed vision and plan in place, we are looking for opinionated and knowledgeable individuals who want to shape the future of our client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead digital strategies that drive growth for our clients, incorporating knowledge of their business challenges, the digital marketplace, clear objectives, evidence-based rationale, best-in-class measurement, and a compelling narrative.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact for all matters relating to their digital marketing needs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, target audience, and marketing goals to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the successful execution and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including measurement and testing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand the scope of existing services to maximise revenue and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Proven experience working in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketplace, platforms, channels, and strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
