Child Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our Family Safeguarding team at Opus People Solutions Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to work with children and young people in the March area.
The successful candidate will have great experience working with vulnerable children and families, and will be able to work effectively in a hybrid role, balancing office and field work. The role will require the individual to be in the office 3 days a week, based at Awdry House, but cases will be based in the March area.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a Social Worker and will be passionate about making a difference in their local community. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with children and young people in the March area
- Collaborate with the Family Safeguarding team to provide effective support to families
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the safety and well-being of children
- Work effectively in a hybrid role, balancing office and field work
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience as a Social Worker
- Great experience working with vulnerable children and families
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role
