Main Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning gutters and clearing debris from roofs
• Carry out repairs and replacements of broken or damaged items, such as flooring, walls, and doors
• Assist with painting and decorating tasks, including preparation, application, and finishing
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and washing machines
• Operate company vehicles, ensuring timely arrival at job sites
