Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver healthcare and clinical interventions to the homeless population, tailored to their unique needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to service users.
  • Implement innovative clinical interventions, driving positive outcomes and breaking down barriers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare and clinical interventions, particularly with vulnerable populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with service users.
  • Passion for delivering compassionate care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £43,814.50 - £48,183.48 (pro rata for part-time hours).
  • Outer London Weighting of £2,163.27 (pro rata for part-time hours).
  • A fixed-term contract until February 2026.
