Establish and manage the children's home(s), setting a high standard of care and warmth. Implement and advocate for therapeutic childcare practices that support trauma-informed healing and growth, including life story work to help young people understand their life journey and relationships. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, with a focus on achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings. Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated team committed to transforming lives.

Requirements:

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare is essential. Proven experience in managing children's homes with a track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings. Strong background in therapeutic childcare approaches, with the ability to embed these practices within the home's culture. Experience managing dual registrations, or a strong desire to do so, is highly desirable. A passionate and caring vision to support young people using a strength-based approach, ensuring their well-being and growth are at the heart of all decision-making.
