We are seeking a highly skilled Compressor Station Commissioning Expert to join our team. As a Compressor Station Commissioning Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and verifying that all systems and equipment meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Commissioning Plans: Create comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures for gas compressor stations. Ensure plans align with project specifications and company standards.
  • Review and Coordinate Engineering Drawings: Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications to confirm equipment compatibility and functionality. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform System Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform and supervise functional testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of gas compressors, turbines, motors, valves, and control systems to verify proper operation.
  • Maintain Safety Compliance: Ensure all commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Document and Report Activities: Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, equipment performance data, and issue resolution. Prepare and submit detailed commissioning reports and punch lists.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning, start-up, or maintenance of gas compressor stations or similar facilities in the oil & gas industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with gas compressor systems, including compressors, pumps, motors, PLCs, and DCS/SCADA control systems.
Estimated Salary:

$180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
