Learning Support Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a Mainstream Primary school in Camden to find a dedicated Learning Support Assistant.
The school has a passionate and dedicated team focused on creating an enriching learning environment for their pupils.
They are looking for individuals who are passionate about developing a career and willing to put you through training, including teaching training for dedicated members of the team.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is looking to make a change in their career or has a keen interest in special needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the class teacher with the preparation of resources to meet the personalised learning intentions of allocated students.
- Providing 1:1 support under the supervision of the class Teacher for the delivery of skills-based learning.
- To understand and fully implement Safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records both written and electronic in accordance with registration and legal requirements.
This is a full-time position working 08:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday, term time only.
