Job Summary:

Stephen James Group is seeking a highly skilled PDI Vehicle Technician to join our workshop prep team. As an approved BMW Dealer, you will work on the full range of BMW & MINI vehicles, develop your skills using the latest service technology, and receive bespoke training at the BMW UK Training Academy.

Your Role:

  • Carry out the final installation and preparation of vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless handovers and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of BMW & MINI vehicles, including technical specifications and diagnostic procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest service technology and industry best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as a PDI Vehicle Technician, preferably in a BMW or MINI dealership.
  • Strong technical knowledge of BMW & MINI vehicles, including engine management systems, transmission systems, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
