We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Specialist to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our full fibre broadband services to local residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle objections effectively, and consistently meet targets.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £28,360 per annum with an OTE of £46,000+. Our commission is uncapped, and some of our top performers earn significantly more. You will also receive a range of benefits, including competitive pension schemes, health insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be based in Manchester and will spend your days meeting with customers, discussing their needs, and providing tailored solutions. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
