Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

About the Role:

This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food and beverages are served in a timely manner, and contributing to the overall guest experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure an exceptional standard of customer care, adhering to company procedures, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Operate the till and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard of presentation.
  • Clear tables of cutlery and glasses, cleaning and storing them effectively.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive relationship with guests.
  • Methodical and attentive to detail, with a strong work ethic and passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
  • High level of personal integrity and respect for colleagues and guests.
