Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Moon Executive Search is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales administration cycle, from initial contact with clients to managing client inquiries and orders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including maintaining CRM databases, managing client inquiries, and coordinating sales meetings and events.
- Assess client needs, raise quotes, and manage purchasing and pricing.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's portfolio of services, including migrations, cloud backups, and license renewals.
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales administrative role within the IT, Telco, or Tech solutions industry.

- Strong understanding of sales administration cycles and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
