Job Title: Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with mental health conditions, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of mental health services within the trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health services within the trust
  • Participate in service and business planning activities
  • Attend and participate in academic programs, including lectures and seminars
Requirements:
  • MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment
  • Included on the GMC Specialist Register OR within six months
  • Approved clinician status OR able to achieve within 3 months of appointment
