About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious fundraiser to join our Fundraising and Communications Team as a Senior Grants Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering income from a range of donors and prospects, with a focus on trusts and foundations, through the overall management and growth of a successful grants pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with trusts and foundations, identifying new opportunities and securing funding for the Helen Bamber Foundation.
- Manage and grow a successful grants pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality applications and reports.
- Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Grants Manager to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising and Communications Team to achieve fundraising targets and support the growth of the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in trust and foundations fundraising, including prospecting, application writing, and stewardship.
- Strong relationships with trusts and foundations, with a track record of securing funding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a DBS check.
