Boutique Manager

At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors to succeed
- Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to meet targets
- Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with the wider Jo Malone London team to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
