Job Summary

Shire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our rehabilitation service in South Wales. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with adult service users who present with ASD, learning disabilities, and/or acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions, including a person-centered approach, CBT, and positive behavior support.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist.
  • Experience working with complex mental health issues, including ASD, learning disabilities, and acquired brain injury.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
