We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Supply Chain Communications Lead to join our team at Damia Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Procurement Digital Supply Chain Programme communications and developing stakeholder engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a comprehensive DSC communication and stakeholder engagement strategy and plan
  • Coordinate all programme communication activities, including the development of communication campaigns
  • Maintain and evolve approved DSC narrative, ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Identify, utilize, and create effective communication channels to engage stakeholders
  • Coordinate the deployment of communication campaigns to ensure timely and effective delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within Procurement and Supply Chain
  • Experience working within a global matrix environment
  • Previous experience working within a Financial Institute
  • Experience working as a Communications Lead with change management
  • Excellent skills in programme communication and content development
  • Experience in stakeholder event delivery and operating with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Viva Engage, Teams, etc.)
