Job Title: Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Manager to join our team at Servicenow. As a key member of our Global Brand Media & Sponsorships team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our EMEA activities across UK, Germany, and France.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute complex, cross-channel media campaigns in EMEA that deliver on business goals and KPIs.
  2. Manage brand awareness campaigns, including building and generating tracking IDs, understanding user journeys, creative and audience mapping, and proper tagging based on specific KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  3. Oversee key sponsorship activations in the sport category, including event coordination, content development, and merchandising project management.
  4. Partner with ad operation teams to ensure flawless launch across programmatic, direct, social, and strategic media partners.
  5. Project manage custom content with key media content partners and agency(ies) of record, from kick-off to launch and post-campaign reporting.
  6. Support the development and refinement of cross-functional processes, ensure project timelines are met, and manage team assets and files.
  7. Maintain a regular cadence of media partner executive summaries to share with internal teams.
Requirements:
  1. Proven ability to manage cross-channel media programs to increase awareness of tech brands.
  2. 5-6+ years of relevant experience with some focus in B2B brand media strategy and planning, inclusive of executing channel programs in key channels such as display, social, programmatic, digital video, linear TV, OOH, sports, and entertainment sponsorships.
  3. Experience managing large budgets, from planning, forecasting, pacing, and actualization.
  4. Deep understanding of standard media metrics and KPIs used to measure digital campaigns and offline channels.
  5. Understanding of ad operations, media reporting processes, media QA, media platform pixels, IAS, and UTMs.
  6. Understanding of ad technology ecosystem and concepts such as ad serving, bidding platforms, ad fraud, and viewability.
  7. A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions.
