About the Job:

Fauna & Flora International is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Manager to oversee its Central Asia Programme. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of conservation principles and practices, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Key tasks include:

  • Providing expert advice on project planning and implementation
  • Leading and motivating a professional team to achieve project goals

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., conservation biology, environmental science)

- At least 5 years of experience in conservation program management

- Strong leadership and team management skills
