A-Gas Americas is seeking an experienced Americas SQE Lead to manage our safety, quality, and environmental programs in the Americas region. With a strong background in safety and quality management, you will harmonize our company-wide systems, develop best practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

This high-travel position requires at least 50% of your time working in the field with site safety teams. You will be accountable for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, managing regulatory reporting requirements, and developing standard operating procedures.

As a leader, you will manage the regional quality team, maintain certifications such as ISO9001 and ISO14001, and drive continuous improvement. You will also analyze risk, trends, and countermeasures, and develop leading safety metrics to identify actionable targets.

The estimated salary for this role is around $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and internal equity.
