About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relief Security Officer to join our team at First Response Group. As a Relief Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting security patrols, responding to incidents, and providing support to employees and visitors.

As a Relief Security Officer, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including commercial and industrial premises. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, and to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. If you have a strong background in security and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct security patrols of the premises to prevent and deter unauthorized access
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, including fire and intruder alarms
  • Provide support to employees and visitors, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related activities
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a high level of security and customer service
Requirements
  • Valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar Security role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
