Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative building solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop building projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • ARB registered and several years post Part 3
  • Solid experience of the design process, technical detailing, and contract administration
  • Meet project deadlines to the highest of standard
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • An excellent understanding of the UK Building regulations
  • Have exposure to RIBA stages 2-6 and a thorough knowledge of construction detailing
