Job Title: Chef de PartieSwinton Estate is a luxury estate in the Yorkshire Dales, boasting a range of amenities including a luxury hotel, spa, and restaurant. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing food using ingredients from our 4-acre walled garden and local producers. You will work closely with our team of skilled and motivated individuals to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Run a section within the kitchen, ensuring efficient and organized operations.
- Train and supervise junior members of the team.
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of food delivery.
- Knowledge of health and safety, food safety, and risk assessments.
- Ambition to succeed and progress in your career.
- Starting salary of £32,000.
