Thriving Property Consultancy Seeks Building Surveyor

We are a leading Property Consultancy partnering with Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor for our Bristol office. Our team is employee-friendly, with a flexible approach, and offers fantastic training and support for APC.

Key Highlights:

  • Office based in the City Centre with easy access to Temple Meads Train Station, Clifton, and Harbourside
  • Modern facilities including showers and cycle storage
  • Join a regional team of 7 and a national team of 50, providing robust support and networking opportunities
  • Clientele: Work with prestigious clients (primarily pension funds and retail) investing in property, ensuring a busy pipeline for 2024 and beyond

What We Offer:

  • Competitive and negotiable salary based on experience (typically above market rate)
  • 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus additional Christmas close-down days not deducted from annual leave
  • Coverage APC fees (and MRICS fees once chartered)
  • Free office parking
  • 10% annual bonus
