About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to join our team at Blank Space Recruitment. As a key member of our events production company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality live events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support account managers with initial quoting and technical specification
  • Lead all technical elements of events, including pre-production, site recces, and technical planning
  • Oversee technicians and brief crew on-site
  • Produce technical plans, RAMS, and health and safety elements
  • Show calling and other technical responsibilities as needed
Requirements
  • Strong background in technical delivery of corporate events, including conferences, gala dinners, and awards ceremonies
  • Experience in producing quotes and handling budgets
  • Strong knowledge of audio visual, set stage, and lighting
  • Experience in producing scale drawings in SketchUp or Auto CAD is highly desirable
