Registered General Nurse (RGN) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a reputable NHS hospital in Crawley, UK. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver nursing care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and psychiatrists.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Provide support to families and carers, as well as helping patients to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.
  • Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Recent 6 months' of clinical experience.
  • Valid in-date Nursing and Midwifery Council's (NMC) membership.
  • Working experience with a valid UK visa.
  • Vaccinated against Hep B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID 19.
  • Valid DBS certificate that is on the DBS update service.
  • In-date mandatory training certificates.
  • Indemnity Insurance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate nature and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Car driver is desirable but not mandatory.
