Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One - Devon Dom Care. As a key member of our community, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the support and companionship they need to live fulfilling lives.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
