As a Support Worker with Alcedo Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This may involve providing companionship, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting independence.

Competitive Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £13.00, PLUS holiday pay and a comprehensive pension scheme. Additionally, we offer ongoing support from senior staff, a DBS payment scheme for eligible candidates, and various discounts through our Blue Light Card partnership.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 or over
  • Must hold a full UK Drivers Licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Must be available to work every other weekend when required
  • Dedicated, caring, punctual, and driven with a positive attitude
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience of Lone Working
  • Highly empathetic with excellent motivational skills
