About the Company: BMS Performance is an independent, privately owned manufacturer specializing in liquid handling technology and laboratory products, serving universities, bio-tech, and pharmaceutical organizations.
Job Summary: As an Account Manager, you will manage key relationships with scientific customers, including lab managers, technicians, and researchers. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue within this customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow revenue within the customer base
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Work with academia, commercial labs, and biotech companies
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Life sciences degree
- Previous field sales experience or customer-facing experience
- Confident presenting and driven by targets
- Full driving license
What We Offer:
- Basic salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus: £5,000
- Company car: Fully expensed company Audi A3
- Benefits: healthcare, pension, mobile, iPad, 23 days holiday + stats (rises with service)
