Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Administrative Finance Specialist to join our team at Carbon Group in Grangemouth, Scotland. This role involves working closely with our finance team to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Raising and reviewing sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Managing customer onboarding, general queries, and documentation for signature.
  • Supporting credit control efforts, focusing on timely payments from clients.
  • Contributing to the management team's workload, handling queries and tasks effectively.
  • Logging support tickets, allocating them to engineers, and maintaining customer records accurately.
  • Processing sales orders, coordinating with our Support team, and challenging data inaccuracies.
  • Providing sales reports and day-to-day tasks support to senior leadership, driving business growth.
  • Collaborating with the sales team on account review documents and contracts, enhancing customer relationships.
  • Offering exceptional customer service through handling incoming queries via phone and email.
