Job Overview- We require an expert who can design, develop, and maintain our enterprise architecture blueprint ensuring alignment with business objectives, IT strategy, and organisational goals.
In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT leaders to create and implement a technology roadmap supporting digital transformation initiatives, innovation, and business expansion. You will mentor and guide a team of IT professionals fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead the development of scalable, reliable, and secure IT solutions collaborating with project teams to provide architecture guidance and ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate architectural and security risks in technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain the organisation's enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges translating them into effective IT solutions.
You will be responsible for managing risks inherent to the role by diligently observing internal policies and procedures. Key interfaces include Business Transformation and Systems Development Director, Technical teams, Director, Transformation Enablement, Heads of IT Platforms, and Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Ability to lead technology transformations and enterprise framework development.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and principles.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT technologies, applications, and systems.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in enterprise architecture within banking and financial services, preferably with Togaf Integrating Risk and Security Certification.
