Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

Location:

Northumberland and North Tyneside.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our Senior Management Team with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Accurately record and maintain complaints data in compliance with Governance standards.
  • Efficiently enter data into our information systems and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining the Policies and SOPs index.
  • Perform organisational tasks such as conducting surveys and audits.
  • Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and book venues at the direction of our Senior Management Team.
  • Deliver an efficient secretarial administration service to our Senior Management Team.
  • Handle employee administration duties for all staff members within Northumbria Primary Care.
  • Actively engage with the team to deliver exceptional service quality.
  • Provide supplementary support to the Senior Management Team for site-based activities.
  • Utilise organisational skills to generate and maintain essential data.
