Administrative Services Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities- Support our Senior Management Team with secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Accurately record and maintain complaints data in compliance with Governance standards.
- Efficiently enter data into our information systems and prepare meeting minutes.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining the Policies and SOPs index.
- Perform organisational tasks such as conducting surveys and audits.
- Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and book venues at the direction of our Senior Management Team.
- Deliver an efficient secretarial administration service to our Senior Management Team.
- Handle employee administration duties for all staff members within Northumbria Primary Care.
- Actively engage with the team to deliver exceptional service quality.
- Provide supplementary support to the Senior Management Team for site-based activities.
- Utilise organisational skills to generate and maintain essential data.
