We are seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveying professional to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Building Services Design Estimator, you will play a key role in advising on service costs involved in building projects, evaluating costs, and providing advice on contract arrangements and conditions.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Assist on a wide range of M&E Quantity Surveying services alongside a team manager
* Advise on service costs involved in building projects
* Evaluate costs and provide advice on alternative proposals
* Provide advice on contract arrangements and conditions
* Undertake all elements of pre and post contract work
* Prepare measured term accounts for contractor-based clients

Requirements
------------

* BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
* UK Driving License
* Relevant experience within the sector
