Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Assistant to provide one-on-one support for a child with ADHD. As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily care and development of the child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Classroom Activities: Support the child in remaining engaged and focused during classroom activities.
  • Implement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to help manage ADHD symptoms and promote positive behaviors.
  • Support Social Skills Development: Assist the child in developing social skills and positive behaviors.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a cohesive support plan.
  • Monitor Progress: Monitor and record the child's progress and any challenges faced.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide Personalized Support: Offer tailored support to meet the child's individual needs.
  • Assist with Organization: Help the child with organization and completion of schoolwork and assignments.

Requirements:
